I found it quite helpful To look up several meanings of The verse about trampling the lion and the Serve it under feet. And if you think of the lien as big since interpretations and the serpent as those small tempting to each day and that by trampling them with the Holy Spirit help you conquer. Now, when I get to that first I am reminded that I have to help Of the holy spirit while facing life struggles.
