Setbacks and Surprises

October 25, 2023: IWL Alumna Ingrid Hu Dahl gave a presentation to the 2023-24 Alison R. Bernstein Media Mentoring Cohort by sharing her best tools to bravely navigate change, nurture your life force, and keep your head above water in the midst of major change or challenges.
Ingrid Hu Dahl is an IWL alum from the class of 2002. She received her M.A. in Women's & Gender Studies from Rutgers University Graduate School in 2005.
She has held leadership roles at Meta, Capital One, BAVC Media, KQED, and non-profits, and is a TEDx speaker and former lecturer at Barnard, Rutgers, and the New School.
Ingrid is currently the Founder & CEO of her own coaching and consulting business, specializing in life transitions, leadership, and inclusion.
