Some wisdom here in case some of the younger bodybuilders missed it. If we only have a small budget each week for food, there ain't nothing wrong with eating the bottom of the barrel food, cause your food intake can get expensive, especially all the fancy expensive foods- it's not going to be like that forever but it you starting out, don't let your food budget be the excuse to your growth goals.

Its not hard to do if you love doing it, people over complicate diets so much and make it seem harder than it really is. People know that in order to see results they need to start eating healther and eating the foods that will steer them towards their personal goal, knowing what to do is one thing, actually doing it is another. For the people that don’t know what to do, they do the research, but choose to do nothing with the info they learned, I by choice eat Chicken and Rice for lunch 6 days a week, 4 of those days i eat it for 2 lunches a day, but its fun for me personally. So when Seth talks about not complicating things and making it fun, there are people out there that can back up what he’s saying is true, again, it helps to love training and dieting, makes it alot more easier and interesting to do, have fun with getting to your goals everyone! it can be done!! just have to do the work!
