His Fs is bugged i think i never seen him do the shoryuken. In every trial i used his c2

Im probably wrong. I expected him to do like an air uppercut were he would end somewhere in the air and fall down like evil ryu or gouken shoryuken

You might have to Adjust your tiers list. There is a new KING of the mountain Overload Bison sit there now! After that reset passive fix😂😂😂😂😂 Immortality
