He kind of did He said many time “I dropped that point” and they moved on. I get he was touching on a bigger topic but some of the things he had to drop. I’m more of Seth fan but he did drop a few points.. Example: They touched on appealing to authority and he ended up dropping it completely. He began to say he could bring up writers for dragonball super but after some talking he ended up dropping it.

trini most definitely lost badly...trini”s arguments for seth not having an advantage in a debate against destiny about gt and super”s narrative is completely flawed , seth has WAY more experience in the field of dragon ball and all the narratives , he power scaled characters from both series ,and in order to power scale at the high level seth does you obviously have to understand the narrative/story of the series and in these power scaling videos seth always uses advanced examples from the story obviously which connects to the narrative.Whenever seth tried to scale characters outside of the naruto and dragon ball field you can sense he’s arguments aren’t as strong and detailed such as the times he had to scale toph and superhero’s such as superman and god flash.He always gets someone else to do it because he’s not the most experienced in those fields.with the espada vs akatsuki video he even fully handed all the scaling of the espada to someone else because he’s not experienced in the narrative of bleach and the scaling.Power scaling on his level can only be done by someone who understands and is completely comfortable with the narrative of the dbz story.also he tried to make the argument that since seth never made a video about gt vs super narrative wise that he doesn’t have any advantage or advanced knowledge on the subject , very sketchy stance to take since he scaled characters from both shows and frankly seth displays a lot of knowledge of the narrative when he scales the characters , it’s very obvious if you watch his videos. also he tried to state to seth was “running” and making new arguments ...basically trying to make it seem like seth was conceding arguments , but he was literally only adding points onto his premise , stated that it was all supporting his argument and not his main argument .and seth never conceding anything or felt pressured by trini”s basic arguments and obnoxious ranting.they weren’t getting anywhere in the arguments they were going back on forth on redundant ass arguments that trinity was putting forward , he was trying to debunk some of seth”s supporting arguments with redundant arguments of his own , that’s why seth moved on from them because they didn’t mean anything to the argument in the first place.such as seth being able to name 10 times he ever talked about gt vs super narrative wise in videos and only giving him 3 seconds to do so. very basic argument by trini, his argument was building off of basic logic and interpretation ,which didn’t work out for him.seth raped for the first hour and the half.havent seen the rest

Yes! It’s cringe. People love to say “someone can’t sound black or white” and that’s often false. When you’re black, you can usually tell if someone is black or not by their voice and trini doesn’t sound black in the least. And I’m just speaking from experience and from growing up around 99% black people and being around non black people for 4 years I’m college, I can tell the difference. There a FEW exceptions to the voice thing but usually, there’s a definite difference. But ig we can’t dispute it too much since there’s no definitive proof that he’s not black I guess. When I watched this for the first time I thought trini had the edge but rewatching it now I would give it to Seth. He was able to defend most of his points prettt well and reposition quickly when he saw trini was going to push him hard on stuff. It was pretty even until the trini tests for me, Seth fared really well just literally ass pulling. Also Trini didn’t really push much of his own arguments rather than just pressure Seth. Trini was also being really annoying at different points during the debates. I will say it’s interesting how when I watched this a year ago the consensus in the comments seemed to be trini won but since then Seth fanboys have flooded the chat spamming Ws for Seth. Overall good debate, wish it was more structured because it feels like it ended early plus they didn’t even give conclusions.
