I can't explain to you how much respect I have to you and all of you people that are on the 1%. That attitude that you have is a necessity! I overtrained for 8 months because it was my first year of training and I didn't know everything. But I had the attitude and the effort. I made myself by taking risks and I enjoyed every second of life and pain. So every word that you are saying is key... and you know it! And make adjustments

absolutely not. gary vaynerchuk is a businessman, which mean every single time he gets a platform that enables him to advertise himself TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE WORLD, he will take that opportunity to benefit himself. sure, seth benefits from making these videos a little bit, nothing significant, but i think he does it more to spread awareness just because nobody on his level talks about it.

I wish I walked around with his mindset 24/7 but that's not always the case, but every time he makes a video I make it a priority to watch, because i know i need it. I need that guidance, that mental adjustment, the gratitude, the intensity, I need it all, a new fix of it to get me back on track. I love listening to Seth he is as real as it gets. I’ve always been the opposite to Seth the fear of fucking my body internally is the reason I’ve never taken gear. My crossroads came some years ago some of my mates jumped on the gear train and competed and a few of us didn’t. I’ve never regretted that decision. I’m 41 now and a Dad of 2 I still love lifting maybe even more than ever but some of my mates who blasted the gear no longer lift its was a case of got big quick but faded away. Personal choice as Seth says it’s just was never for me 👍👍👍

Tell you a story, I have been Bodybuilding for 32 years I come from the early 80's as a Teen following our idles of the 70's and 80's. I remember when it was a huge deal to know someone that after usually several years if not a decade they finally got to a huge dose of 700mg of Test a week maybe a Grand, this was the 90's; now I see 19 year olds with a year of lifting starting on 1000+ along with orals and Tren. My point is where I get pissed is my Buddies now in our late 40's if not 50's trying to keep that size of our younger days with dosages climbing. A friend that has competed many times on the amateur stage but wants that final 1st in Masters his last glory, fair enough. The issue is he has been hospitalized with Kidney issues on two separate occasions but lucky only for a few days. I warned him it isn't worth it any more time for TRT dosage be happy you have kids to see graduate and get married someday, he didn't listen. His last cycle getting up to 311lbs on 4000mg of gear weekly, the third time in the hospital kidneys are fucked now he is on dialysis.

I took steroids on and off all through my 30's and early 40's. I'm now 49. I loved talking them cause I was big as shit and cut up. Now I have bad kidney's because of it. It's just not worth it IMO. I have to take medication and am on a special diet. Let me say this again... It's not worth it!!!!!! Also not to mention that if you get caught with them you're going to jail. I still lift and love it but it's not life or death to me like it use to be. I still look great at 49 and have learned to be happy with myself w/out the sauce. Do your homework folks. It's a big risk you're taking taking steroids.

@perkleinschmidt67985 жыл бұрын
Your so right, you can love the sport (my self starting with power lifting and now since I am over 50 with bodybuild) and train as intense clean, of course I can't lift so heavy, can't recover so fast, can't get so big, but I'm so much healthier and the probability to see my grandkids or even more is there, life is so much more....a side comment, if all the f*** was taken out it would be a short video. If you go for it, what ever it is, go for 100% with passion, but do your homework and study and be realistic and critic. The consequences you perhaps think you know but you don't know them bevor your there, I have seen that so many times in life, I was as a young man with 16 doing power lifting/bodybuilding and did read flex and all wanted to be Arnold or Tom P. but I stayed clean and did get just good looking and my fitness companions on stuff did get huge, but some did not get kids, some did went to jail (they did went nuts), some having huge health problems now and will have this rest of life...I am sure they did not wanted this to happen, so it is to easy to say "I want to be big, take the consequence to die earlier because I don't want to get 100 anyway" when your 20 you do not really know what that means.... sorry to say but I don't agree a lot of this video
@Rekt-Training5 жыл бұрын
I would say you would be in the same situation regardless. That’s the reality. People are messing up kidneys with diuretics and ibuprofen meds. Gear is the least of problems in society, the focus now has been fentanyl and is taking over, that there is a drug that will mess you up and in a hurry.
@stackleft29255 жыл бұрын
@@Rekt-Training W/out question I would not be. I never took over the counter meds that much. When I got my blood work done back in 2015 the doctor asked me did I take steroids or creatine. I lied cause I was too ashamed to admit that I did, for many years. She said that I'd have to give up a lot of stuff if I wanted to make them last which I've done. I rarely drink anymore, had to give up steak and some other stuff. But after a while it's really no big deal. I hated drinking anyway. The only thing I miss is eating steak.
@stackleft29255 жыл бұрын
@@Phil-bv4dh I would just check in with your doctor and get your blood work done. It can be hard on your organs, some people it doesn't do anything to their organs cause everyone's different. One of the guys I trained with, it had no impact on his organs but he got terrible acne. I never got acne ever. Also make sure your blood pressure is in line. Test can raise your BP which is hard on your kidneys.
