What's up everybody, back with another Truck Rant and my 50% Vegan diet! Below is everything I typically eat in a day.
Morning Cardio: 6 - 6:45am
Meal 1: 8am
- FarmFed Shake
2 scoops of Axe & Sledge FarmFed Vanilla
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Banana
1/2 cup of oats
Meal 2: 10:30am
- Veggie Bowl
1 cup of black beans
1 fresh jalapeño (chopped up)
1/2 cucumber
Roughly 1 cup of chopped up tomatoes
1/2-whole red, yellow, or green pepper
Home Made balsamic dressing
3-6oz of Chicken
Meal 3: 1pm
8oz of Chicken
1 cup White Rice
1 piece of fruit
Meal 4: 4pm - 5pm
- Fruit Bowl or Veggie Bowl
Fruit Bowl will typically have 2-3 servings of any fresh fruit from the farmers market
Meal 5: 7:30pm
Typically Chicken Salad, protein consumption around 8-12ounces
On bigger training days, I will not eat the salad, and go for the meat and a starchy carb - still staying around 8-12ounces of protein.
Meal 6: 10:30pm (Late night snack!)
2 Peanut Butter and Jelly rice cakes or 2 Nutella rice cakes
I will add more fruit in for snacks throughout the day when I am hungry!
