I bought the gore-tex 1s in that color last month and they are definitely worth it! The water just slides off the upper and I don't have to worry about them because I got them so I could rock Js even on a rainy day. Great winter beater and the color is clean and great!

I coped the Jordan 1 Gore Tex the past month, I guess it was an early release here in Mexico. I highly recommend getting a pair, high quality, nice colorway.

I think in other countries apart from India it somehow might have seemed a profitable deal as the stockx price (pre-release) was higher, but post-release it always dips so I didn't see the point of the hype.

The only reason why people go for the AJ3 is cus they copped and pushed that narrative. They thought they had the "SOTY" and then AJ1 was announced. AJ3 AMM is very nice but AJ1 is just a classic. I have both but it's really no match. AJ3 is the same thing as the AJ1 AMM. Just a regular AJ3 with different color/material and some nice details. AJ1 won't go up that much exactly for the reason above. Cus sneakerhead game is trash and people will wear whatever is most expensive or hyped at the time and not what is objectively cooler. If Travis Scott would release a Mickey Mouse shoe it'll be at laest 500$+ just cause and people be like "OMG BRUH THAT'S FIRE".

I think the AJ 1 a ma Maniere is overhyped due to its predecessor’s success. If the Prototype 1s or the Bordeaux 1s was the finished collab product we would’ve seen those particular shoes at a different price; higher than what they’re going for. Pure hype IMO
