High court judges will probably accept this assurance, but the issue is, can ISI live with this deal? The answer is no, they can't. ISI, at least domestically, uses violence, abductions, and blackmail to get the desired result. Once these tools are taken away from them, ISI will be paralyzed. They are not trained to use sophistication and subtle tactics, especially under Asim Munir. Their operatives are used to behaving like street thugs looking to smash everything in sight. I don't think this will work. The public are far ahead of the judiciary and Asim Munir. Pakistan is changing for the better.

I think the problem in Pakistan is only with "net metering" where you're connected to the grid and want to sell your excess power back to the electric company. If you don't connect your solar panels to the grid and directly utilize them, then there's no issue.
