Saanjh angrily asks Maya to not ruin her friendship with Arjun. Saanjh plans to reveal Maya’s secret to Arjun. Maya falls on her stomach as soon as Saanjh holds one of her hands. Arjun rushes towards Maya but soon he learns that Maya has lost her baby. Arjun breaks his friendship with Saanjh.
Beyhadh chronicles the lives of Maya (Jennifer), Arjun (Kushal) and Saanjh (Aneri) and how their paths cross as one of them decides to rewrite their destinies. A young business tycoon, Maya has always steered clear from relationships and is extremely guarded about her life. However, things change when she meets Arjun, a carefree and happy-go lucky aspiring photographer. Maya falls head over heels in love with him. On the other hand, Arjun’s childhood best friend, Saanjh, a beautiful, loving and righteous girl, only wishes for his happiness and is the guiding light of his life. She secretly loves Arjun but has never confessed her feelings to him. What happens when Maya's love becomes so Beyhadh that it crosses all boundaries of rationality, remains to be seen.

In this serial.. Maya is actually the victim.. Not the villian.. Her father tortured her.. Tried to take away all her happiness till his last breath.. Vandana didn't accept her.. Blamed her for everything which wasn't even her fault... Sanjh maintained a very "crossing the boundaries always hugging cosy clingy " type of friendship with arjun... Arjun cared more for sanjh than his own wife.. He didn't even notice when maya's hands got burnt in the holi fire...in the future episodes when maya came back from the asylum when she was actually pregnant.. Ayan instigated her. Made her feel jealous of sanjh and arjun... How can we expect a person to be normal in these circumstances.. Everyone blamed maya.. But no one tried to help her become better person...all maya ever wanted was love.. Love from arjun. Love from vandana.. Friendship from sanjh and ayan

Pika Pikachu Pika Pikachu Well to be honest, everyone has their own mind set. In this case some see the character as a criminal and others don’t. We all have different ways of seeing and understanding things. Example I for once don’t see Maya mostly bad. But that doesn’t mean I’m a psychopath, it just means that I see both sides rather one. I see Maya as severely insecure and introverted person. Insecurity can make anyone go to unlimited extents in order for the feeling to no longer be there, here Maya’s insecurity has made her feel that if Arjun loses all relations except hers then she’ll feel satisfied and she’ll no longer have to worry regarding her insecurity reappearing. The character here describes us all. We are all like this when we feel insecure and frightened. We all act out on these emotions sometimes rightly and sometimes wrongly.
