You can't fire a person from their work without any work related mistake. Personal life problem/reasons doesn't give any right to the employer in firing an employee from their professional space. Also to say Sanjana daringly did this in office tells you that ethically and legally Dev has no reason to fire her. It sucks that such are the corporate rules but that's how it is. That's why many corporate these days have a no dating in office policies so that anyone found breaking them will be legally witheld and fired without prior notice. And that's the reason why they had to wait till she was found fraud and impersonator for her to be fired. Also Dev ordered Vicky to find and investigate all the work related files that Sanjana had worked so that they find a profession related fault to have a reason to fire her legally without loopholes.

Yes! You are right. There is no continuity. Suhana was already 7 years old and Shubh was just born in season 1 and season 2 of KRPKAB. Now Shubh is 5 years old, but Suhana doesn't look 12 years old. Even though there is no continuity,I still like season 3 because Dev and Sonakshi are still together and strong, until the end there was no misunderstanding because of Ms Serendipity.
