Crimes tell us, we need to be careful, we need to be watchful. Crimes that tell us lives could have been saved. Every crime we hear of, either warns us to be careful or scares us, it could happen to us. Every crime ignites a feeling, 'It should not have happened. Would knowing the 'Why' behind a crime, help in stopping a crime from happening?' I don’t like the way he looks at me', 'I don’t like the way he/she is behaving', 'I think he/she is out of his/her mind', 'I think he/she has gone crazy'. That gaze, that quirky smile, that persistent stare that unnerves. It is difficult to understand the intentions but the hints are there. In a house a husband and wife argue, and fight. A vessel comes flying, and a glass breaks. The husband is angry and the wife is upset. That hatred, that ego. The distance keeps growing. It is difficult to comprehend the damage, but the cracks are there. Feelings… expressions. Misunderstood, unresolved callings of the heart. The cracks are there. Too wide to be missed. Yet when the heart takes over the mind, the outcome is a mindless tragedy. Crime Patrol - Satark Rahe will attempt to look at the signs, the signals that are always there before these mindless crimes are committed. Instincts/Feelings/Signals that so often tell us that not everything is normal. Maybe, that signal/feeling/instinct is just not enough to believe it could result in a crime. Unfortunately, after the crime is committed, those same signals come haunting.

Iss episode may jo dikhaya gaya hai oos ki sub se badi zimmedaar humari Sarkaar aur humara qanoon hai. Kyuki agar qanoon may ikshamata (gunjayesh) hoti ki bhagi huwi biwi ko pakad kar oos ke pati hawale karna chahiye aur oos ke aashiq ko pakad kar sakht se sakht sazaa dena chahiye toh phir Brijesh police se madad leta. Laikin oos ko maloom thha ki police agar Jai Shree ko pakad bhi legi toh Jai Shree ka bayan ki woh Brijesh ke saath nahi rehna chahti aur apne aashiq ke saath rehna chahti hai toh police Jai Shree ko chhod deti. Yahi humare qanoon ki sub se badi ghalti hai! Hona toh yeh chahiye ki Jai Shree laazmi hoga ki Brijesh ke saath nahi rehne ka genuine reason kya hai. Court may sunwayi honi chahiye. Phir court decide karega ki Jai Shree ka reason genuine hai ya nahi! Agar genuine hai toh Brijesh aur Jai Shree may court divorce karwayega. Divorce ke baad Jai Shree kisi doosre mard shaadi kar sakti hai. Yeh Islamic Shariya Law hai. Islamic Shariya Laws ke mutabbiq Jai Shree iss tarah ghar chhod kar apne aashiq ke saath bhaag jaaye toh qanoon oos ko aur oos ke aashiq ko dhoond kar layega, phir Shariya court dono ki gardan marne ka aadesh dega, aur yeh saza public ke beech openly di jayegi taaki kisi doosri aurat ko himmat naa hosake aur saath hi koyi mard kisi shadi shuda aurat ki taraf dekhne ki himmat bhi nahi karega. Jub husband and wife may aiyse differences ho jaayein toh sub se pehle Shauhar ki taraf se do samajhdaar mard, aur biwi ki taraf se bhi do samajhdaar mard aur do aiyse moulvi jo Qor'an ke aadesh achchi tarah se jaante hoan, yeh 6 mard Shauhar aur biwi ko bitha kar baat karenge agar problem solve ho gaya toh thheek warna Shauhar ek Talaq dega laikin biwi ko apne Shauhar ke ghar hi may rehna hoga, laikin biwi alag room may rahegi, ghar ka koyi kaam kaaj nahi karegi, magar shaur per laazmi hoga ki biwi ka khana peena khud bardaasht kare. Iss tarah 30 din guzaarne honge. Agar iss period may dono aapus may comprise kar leiyn toh apne apne rishte daaraon aur dono moulviyaon ko inform kar ke dobara apni life miljul kar continue kar sakte haiyn. Laikin agar 30 din ke baad bhi comprise nahi huwa toh phir shauhar doosri Talaq dega. Phir wahi pehle wale 30 days ki tarah procedure repeat hoga. Iss second period may bhi agar dono may comprise nahi huwa toh 3rd Talaq hogi. Iss ke baad biwi hamesha ke shauhar per haraam ho gayi aur biwi ko 90 days iddat ke guzarne honge laikin woh bhi apne shauhar ke ghar may, aur ab biwi ko shauhar se parda karna hoga. Ab yeh dono aapus may baat bhi nahi kar sakte. Shuroo may 30 days 30 days ka 3 times jo grace period diya jaata hai woh iss liye ki kisi tarah shaadi tootne naa paaye aur khandan bikharne naa paaye. Laikin 3 Talaq aur 90 days Iddat ke baad aurat azad hai jis mard se chahe shaadi kar sakti hai. Iss tarah ki Talaq may shauhar ne apni biwi ko jo kooch bhi diya thha, jaiyse gold, gifts, clothings ya kooch bhi, oos may se ek tinka bhi nahi le sakta, agar lega toh haraam aur bohat bada gunah hai. Husband aur wife ko marriage khatam karne ka ek aur procedure bhi hai, woh yeh ki agar biwi shadi khatam karna chahti ho toh woh Qazi ke paas "Khula" ki application degi aur biwi per laazmi hai ki shadi khatam karne ke genuine reasons bataane honge. For example, agar shauhar naa mard hai, ya shadi ke waqt toh aurat ke qaabil thha laikin baad may kisi bimari ya kamzori ke kaaran biwi ke saath milan nahi kar sakta toh Qazi one year ka time dega ki shauhar apna treatment karwaye, laikin iss one year period may biwi ko apne shahar ke saath as usual rehna aur routine ki life karni hogi. Agar one year ke baad bhi shauhar ka problem khatam nahi huwa toh Qazi dono ke darmiyaan separation karwa dega. Aisi soorat may shauhar ne biwi ko jo bhi gold, gifts etc diya thha woh shauhar waapis le lega. Second genuine reason yeh hai ki agar shauhar biwi ko Farz Namaz ya Farz rozay ki ijazat nahi deta toh biwi ko Khula ka haq hoga. Third genuine reason yeh hai ki shauhar paagal yani diwana ho gaya aur medically prove ho toh biwi Khula le sakti hai. Fourth genuine reason yeh hai ki shauhar without any reason biwi ko maarta ho, physically and mentally abuse karta ho toh Biwi Khula le sakti hai. Fifth genuine reason yeh hai ki biwi ko at least one month may ek baar oos ki maa, baap, sagaa Bhai, ya sagi behen se milne ki ijazat nahi deta toh biwi ko Khula ka haq hai. Sixth genuine reason yeh hai ki sharaab, drugs jaiysi ghalat aur haraam cheezaon ka aadi ho, ya biwi aur bachchaon ke necessary basic requirements jaan boojh kar poore nahi karta toh biwi ko Khula ka haq hai. Seventh genuine reason yeh hai ki shauhar ke kisi doosri aurat ke saath najayez ta'alluqat haiyn aur prove ho jaye toh biwi ko Khula ka haq hai. Saath hi biwi ki complaint per shauhar aur oos ki girl friend ko Police arrest kar ke court may pesh karegi, aur prove hijane per dono ko beech public may public ke haathaon se sangsaar yani stoning kar ke maar daala jayega aur shauhar ne biwi ko gold, gifts etc jo bhi diya thha woh shauhar ko waapis nahi milenge balke biwi apne paas rakh legi. Yeh haiyn Allah ke aadesh jo Qor'an may haiyn. Inko koyi bhi change nahi kar sakta! Jahaan bhi yeh Islamic Shariya Laws implement haiyn wahaan crime rate "ZERO" hota hai. Saudi aur Gulf countries iss ke best examples haiyn. Islam may hathya ki saza beech public may gardan maar dena hai. Chori ki saza haath kaat dena hai. Rape ki saza public ke haathaon se Sangsaar yani Stoning till death hai. Aurat ya ladki ki kidnapping ki saza bhi public ke haathaon se sangsaar yani stoning till death hai. Agar mard ya ladke ki kidnapping ki saza 100 koday (Hunters) marna aur 10 years jail hai. Sharaab peene aur regular drugs consuming ki saza bhi 100 koday marna aur 10 years jail hai. Drugs trafficking ki saza gardan maar dena hai. Aurat ya ladki ko chhedne, gande comments karna etc per 70 koday marne ki saza hai. Aur yaad rakhna chahiye ki yeh saari sazaayeiyn public ke beech openly di jaayengi!

एक सच्चा ओर अच्छा इंसान शादी सिर्फ चोदणे के लिये नहीं करता, ओ चाहता है की उसकी बिवी सुख दुःख मे उसके साथ रहे घर चलाने मे उसका साथ दे. अगर औरत् का घर से जादा बाहर मन लग् रहा हो तो , उसका मरणा ही ठीक हैं. ऐसी औरतें शादी करके दुसरो का जीवन बरबाद ना करे....
