Punjabi films hoya hindi choti moti roles hi mile hai, was never the lead, or has not done any pivotal roles in any films except one to two. Grover also got one big show like Kapil on star plus which was the flop show MAD IN INDIA for which he left Comedy nights with Kapil aur tab uski aukaad dikhi sabko and that's why he rejoined Kapil in 99th Episode. Why is h dubbing for actors? Give me the film and actor he has dubbed for? Are you talking about mimicry? There are many mimicry artists who do that VIP, Mubeen etc. Agar itn perfect hota toh koi show kyon nahi milta aur agar milta toh who hit kyon nahi hota?
