You just cannot show losses in the financial statements especially for a company like sugar. They have tax audits and they have to submit statements every year for GST. If you think they are hiding profits , then it is a financial crime to evade taxes and falls under tax evasion and not tax avoidance. Please if you don't know about something, don't pretend like a chacha

I completely agree that sharks weren't professional in the pitch. However, being profitable is a part of business and not the entire business. It is important to be profitable, but when you are in a competitive market like make-up industry sometimes you need to sustain losses to gain market. Moreover, the core business of the 2 companies is different and can not be compared. Though they are competitors, it is an indirect competition.
