But the thing is ki market is very small. Vineeta ne jo calculation kia usme ye to clear ho gya ki ek time ke baad scale karna mushkil ho jayega. To for an investor exit milna tough tha. In my opinion they should take the Royalty Offer which Amit and Anupam give. Jinka EBITTA 44% hai unko 10% royalty back karne mai kuch problem nahi hota and on the other hand funding vi ajata.

This business is going to be saturated. Aur as an Direct investor they always look for at least 80%-150% of return not just some 5x or 10x return. So, that's why this business is very good for the entrepreneurs but not for the investor as they didn't get a fair exit (That doesn't mean that it's a loss, it means it is not a worthy deal to make). And that's why Amit is offering Royalty Offer, in that way he can at least get a win win deal where his ultimate investment will be zero after he gets his capital back.
