Ishwari always speaks so highly of Dev and everyone is so proud of all that Dev has achived despite the hardships he and his family had to face. Sonakshi also went through a lot of tough times when she left Dev. She had taken out a loan at high interest rates, she paid that off. She bought back her home in Delhi which had been used as collateral security for the loan. She had to leave Delhi and start fresh in Kolkata, must have had to start from scratch since she didn't have any patients there. She set up a business and made it so successful that she won Businesswoman Of The Year for it. All that, while she was pregnant and later, while juggling motherhood. She becomes a great mother to her daughter, raising her singlehandedly. She also nursed a broken heart on top of everything. Woman of Steel, truly. I think her family and friends should have harped on about all the difficulties she faced and all the success she achieved to Dev and his mother. I feel like Dev didn't get to see all the hard work that went into her being who she became, neither did he see how hard it all must have been for her. Uske Delhi wapis aane ke baad bhi uske samne attitude hi jhaad raha tha. He should have been sorry for all he and his mother put her and her family through.
