I am a CA myself, so sometimes the potentiality of a Business is more valuable than what its current Balance or Sales sheet says. Ex: Scrub Daddy from US Shark Tank, Lori foresee it & her investment is worth many hundred times today than what she did back then.

This seems to be more like a hobby and I hardly think I would ever wear this, nor would my generation. No one in their right mind would leave Bain and Co. More so, INSEAD is a big name, I don't know how this lady has cracked INSEAD, wherein something as basic as valuation is not adding up, nor are the stories. They did not take an offer either, nor did they fight. They went out, acted like they were discussing something, they already had an ulterior motive. Had she not left the job, I don't think this is something she could not have managed as a business on the side. This was basically marketing.

Exactly, everyday jewellery is meant to be subtle, or as said coloquially "simple and sober"... Such jewellery has a very very small niche and look good only on an instsa feed.
