PROGENITOR OF THE VISION(“THE VISION MAN”)
The desire to build a house for God was in David’s heart.
2 Sam 7:1-5
1 Now it came to pass when the king was dwelling in his house, and the LORD had given him rest from all his enemies all around,
2 that the king said to Nathan the prophet, "See now, I dwell in a house of cedar, but the ark of God dwells inside tent curtains."
3 Then Nathan said to the king, "Go, do all that is in your heart, for the LORD is with you."
4 But it happened that night that the word of the LORD came to Nathan, saying,
5 "Go and tell My servant David, 'Thus says the LORD: "Would you build a house for Me to dwell in?(NKJ)
DREAM GIVEN TO JOSEPH
Gen 37:5
Now Joseph had a dream, and he told it to his brothers; and they hated him even more.(NKJ)
NEHEMIAH INITIATES THE MISSION TO REBUILD
Neh 2:5
And I said to the king, "If it pleases the king, and if your servant has found favor in your sight, I ask that you send me to Judah, to the city of my fathers' tombs, that I may rebuild it."(NKJ)
HEZEKIAH INITIATES REPAIR OF THE HOUSE OF THE LORD
2 Chr 29:3
In the first year of his reign, in the first month, he opened the doors of the house of the LORD and repaired them.(NKJ)
