Really like the fact that the fridge and freezer are two completely separate compartments with two completely separate lids.

We have one very similar in our 5th wheel, we use an Ecoflow River Pro to keep it going when we are driving, these small units really help with keeping extra items cold during our trips. My wife wasn’t in favor of it at first but now wouldn’t know what to do with out it, nice review as always!

This SETPOWER TC75 is ideal for my wife's folks in Haiti. We sent them a 100 watt Dokio solar panels several years ago along with some 12 volt batteries and I believe a 500 w inverter, and we managed to get them all in a 55 gallon drum along with other things.

I like these kinds of portable fridges. Maybe something interesting to see would be the run time difference between AC and DC. With AC, you are doing more conversions and lugging around more hardware in general. Another way to do things is to hook directly to say a 24V LFP battery. Then there will be no conversions, just straight from the battery. Hook in a USB charger and maybe an MPPT controller and you should have all you need for say a camping trip. Say you used a 24V 100AH LFP battery, that should last you for days even without the solar charger / you have a forested over camping spot and so solar panels won't work. If say you are trying to do minimalist car camping without power at the campsite, but you also want to keep your food cold and not deal with melting ice, you will probably want to bring some things like: 1. LED lantern, LED flashlight, and an LED headlamp. These all need USB charging for when the batteries go down. I suppose you could do say a propane lantern, but really LED is much nicer, easier to work with, and safer. 2. Your cell phones, which need USB charging. Everyone always has their cell phones on them even if there is no signal where you are at. 3. Something to keep your food cold the whole time. This is a very nice portable fridge to have for that. Much nicer than messing with ice. 4. Something to cook with. A propane 2-burner stove and a griddle is very nice to have around, granted the griddle can be a bit of a PITA to clean, though overnight soaking can do wonders for this. Pots and pans of course as well depending on what all you want to cook. You can get refillable 1lb propane bottles that you refill with a larger tank and a 1lb tank will allow you to cook your food for days. 5. Something for fire. The old school thought is to burn firewood, but like at the local supermarket this is $26 a bundle and those bundles are small. Fire with a propane fire pit and say a 20 lb tank is a lot cheaper and takes up less space in your car as well as burning cleanly, granted you want to be careful on how you transport propane so as not to blow yourself up. Granted the one guy I saw who strapped multiple propane tanks to his rear bumper, I am not sure if that is actually a safer way to transport propane considering how I see people drive around here. With propane, no more shifting around the fire pit because the winds shifted and you are getting choked out with smoke because there is no smoke with propane. If everyone did something like this, those with asthma issues won't need to pull out their inhalers at night to experience the "great outdoors" because what that really means at night is your are choking on all of the smoke from everyone's wood fires in what are often crowded campgrounds. 6. You add up everything from above and you add in a 24V 100AH LFP battery and hook a USB charger to the battery, that should power your fridge and charge your USB devices for a few days. Then have your fridge plugged into your car while you drive to and from your camping destination. That should be enough to cover most people's camping trips. Most people don't stay for more than a few days anyway. No need for power inverters. No need for a large charger for the LFP battery. No need for solar panels, especially if solar panels won't work at your campsite anyway due to say shade from trees. And no need for a generator thrumming away and annoying your neighbors. All of this can fit into someone's car, van, SUV, or truck and leave room for other things like a tent, clothes, and other basics. Plus none of it is expensive; it is all pretty cheap for low budget trips. When you are car camping, the less space you use to get the job done, the better. And the better your gear works out, nothing catching on fire that shouldn't, things not burning that you need to burn, no batteries dying prematurely that you can't charge up, just things working and working nicely, the less stressful and more relaxing your camping trip should be.

Good evening Gavin. Another epic review by the king of generators reviews. Off topic, Gavin , is there a adjustment screw to lien out the carburetor on my predator 9500? it smells like it is burning rich and I have to keep cleaning black soot from the spark arrestors. Thanks again.

@@GeneratorReviews yes, been using NGK since new. 1st oil change at 1 hour. 2nd at 10 hrs. Every 100 hrs since. Air cleaner is spotless and have done everything to make this thing be my Honda killer. At 1300 hrs now and this thing is DRINKING fuel. Also, have never put anything except non ethanol premium in it. I’m so disappointed. I’m back in the market for a Honda eu 7000. The last one I had went over 10000 hrs.
