In my opinion conq is not good for Sett cause sett don’t need vamp so i decide to pick Grasp this rune will give him some more damage and healing

Conquerer is better because Sett is designed for long fights, a fully stacked Conquerer does much more damage especially Sett's Haymaker punch.
