@@davidpage1066 yes because the paper didnt touch the meat right? the meat is stacked with paper btwn each slice, therefore the meat touches both sides of the paper when packaged prior to cooking.

In this part of the video because she was grilling meat and onions, with gloves there is no cross contamination of any bacteria, except when you are dealing with raw pork or chicken but one thing I noticed with all of them is that there grill is black and the 3rd guy was cutting his flour tortilla on the grill which is no good because you will dull the blade very fast,and the 2nd guy,making those sausages with to much oil, and I am a Chef by trade and these are big NO-NOS,either you work on a flat grill or a regular gas grill as here in NYC THE DEPT OF HEALTH, will come in,and write you Summons, for violation or several, and if not corrected,they will shut you down, for non-compliance and these Summons are not cheap many different things you have to know when you operate a food service business and knowing the DANGER-ZONE,40-140 is the danger zone, when it comes to bacteria, and chicken like pork,has to have an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit, because you don't want to get people sick

All they need is tongs with "colored" handles. One for grabbing bread, another for raw chicken, another for cooked meats and a couple of others for fresh vegetables! No gloves on food, squeeze bottles, condiments, etc. No touching money, writing utensils, paper receipts, napkins? Multiple cooks grabbing the same containers? When I saw the cook (around 4:30), placing raw chicken on a flat top, and then grab cut raw tomatoes with the same gloves, I would never buy anything. "Here, free sample." Illness can kill and these vendors should know better. Gloves are 5 cents a pair. A strand of hair not so bad. Nice food prepared in a toxic environment. Some are getting sick while trying to sample exotic foods. I thank you for the reasons to watch food preparation and what NOT to eat.
