Most from what ive seen is just for concealer. An some use the more skin tone shades for all over. I use mac mineralized skin finish for all over or either maybeline fit me pressed powder

The Anastasia one is what i would recommend and also if you spray your face with a light coat of the morphe setting spray (the original ) it eliminates that or the de-slick spray from urban decay

Laura mercier is great for dry skin but I wouldnt use matte foundation on dry skin. Maybe like a hydrating foundation! If you want a setting powder definitely go for the laura!🥰🥰
