Stamina management is a big part of Valheim . . . its not too difficulty. You just need to unlock and make some better foods! Lots of mods are broken after the Ashlands update was released. You don't need any stamina mods! edit: Ah I see from your latest stream you added a 'no stamina cost to teraform' mod. That's cool. Making base work easier is fine. The Clothing Hildir sells heavily reduces stamina for base work which is what people usually use.

Spear has a special attack (middle mouse wheel/button).

For any raft/boat - if the wind is against you, just use one "arrow up" (one tap on the W key) and you will end up paddling the boat (the animation shows a wiggling paddle...)

Bosses will call their little annoying helpers, so to prepare I usually run and destroy spawners located nearby. Don't visit other biomes with that low health/stamina, Mountain and Swamp have much stronger enimies! -if killed you dont want to run back there (naked) for your loot :D. BUT if you go to that mountain top, use your pickaxe, everytime you need stamina just make a standing platform, pop down a fire, so you dont freeze. Walking around there try not to sprint, you always need ALL your stamina when faced with wolves or (muahaha worse)
