Thank you. I have a parking lot to tear out and rebuild on a government contract and im trying to make sure my survey and stake crew aren't screwing me over. There are no new grading limits, its just saw cut the existing asphalt, grade it out and 2 over 6. Curbs on 2 sides. Should be a peice of cake. Drainage stays the same, lite poles stay the same. Simple replacement.

No sir, after you set the blue tops, it's all on the operator to not knock them out of the ground and get as close to the top of them as he can.
