This video is especially inspirational for me. I used to be afraid to buy other place setting because I was worried that my new set will not have enough amount. Charlotte is right about every day being an occasion with just a flower and nice setting/plate. That sort of thing, flowers on the table, actually helps with depression as does an odd lovely plate. Lifts the spirits.

Love Charlotte she’s such a wonderful designer. I’m a Libra it’s a curse because my taste. Drawn to all things beautiful. I’m in a all plates different patterns of blue with Royal Copenhagen and Herend. It is a delight to eat off of beautiful plates. One must use what you buy.

Shes 100 percent right about carnations. They are underrated and get a bad name, the cheap ones you get at cheap florists or the grocery store aren't exciting but carnations come in huge variety... in fact, they remind me of peonies at times.

@@quintessenceblg i like dutch still life inspired arrangements,no real rhyme or reason just a bunch of beautiful different flowers and parrot tulips and carnations are my favorites. i actually find roses dreadfully boring, the way we've commercialized them so much takes away the beauty a bit. garden roses are always better than the valentines day ones though.

I buy odd things from charity shops here in the Highlands - 1-4 items perhaps & there are real bargains; dazzling green-themed Minton Haddon Hall the last before the current lockdown, Royal Albert plates, Alipco green/gold coffee cups - all to use as you fancy picking them up.. Variety the Spice of Life!

I have loved Charlotte Moss since she came on the scene. Its really a tribute to her creativity that she could go from Wall Street and end up with such a highly successful Design business as she did because if i remember correctly she based her Design business on her Southern up bringing not her university education. She is really something. I do not say that lightly because from 3 yrs old my entire life has been steeply rooted in all aspects of Design. I grew up with it and i give her enormous credit for her design skills and marketing abilities, Bravo Charlotte.
