I've got this same thing but with a small rheostat wheel by the bed and it's cabin heating. I guess you program it the same. Thanks for the video, it was driving me crazy (it was coming on at night in August 😂😂)

couz650 the 24 hr timer advances to the next day automatically. For instance once the early morning time is done the setting #1 will show the following day at the same time.

but i have to push P1 every night to have it work the next day. If i miss work on wednesday, truck will be cold on thursday...

Great video, I just installed a D5 in my truck and the instructions were not very helpful as far as setting the timer goes. So for my understanding, you can do up to 3 cycles in a 24 hour period. But can you do that for each day of the week? Or do you have to reset every day? Once the week lapses, does the timer re-set and you have to program it again? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can adjust your three presets and just select one of the three before that set time. I have one set for 5:00am and as the week goes on that preset follows the day of the week if that makes sense. So the time stays preset but the day follows the day of the week

They call it a 7 day timer. It is not! One can set up to 3 start times during a 7 day period. However, once the timer comes on, that cycle is done and you'll need to reset it for the next start time. So, this timer will not come on every day for 7 days in a row. It's a major pain in the ass if you run a schedule. I just had mine changed to a true 7 day timer which comes on every day of the week without having to adjust anything anymore. It also features 3 start times per day if desired. I don't need that function myself. I think it's called the Espar Easy Start 7 day timer.
