I really enjoy your videos. You come across as a normal, helpful guy who isn't afraid to tell it like it is. Thanks for your efforts. I know shooting and editing takes a lot of your time. Just know you are appreciated.

Finally! I’m looking at getting into indoor comp here in Japan (cause I can’t hunt here). I’ve been researching intensely but much information is dated or deals with hunting. My bow will be set up purely for indoor competition. This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you.

Hi enjoying all your videos. Writing to you from Scotland UK may I ask, will the new pse target range for 2018, i.e. The perfeX and 3D and the shootdown be replacements for the pse expression and 3D and the supra ext. or do you know if these will be still continued to be made side by side with the new range. Thanks in advance. And will you be making videos on the new range?

That is the most HONEST POST I’ve personally watched!! Your right you don’t see 300 all the time!!! If you did it wouldn’t be a great thing and the SPORT WOULD DIE!!! Being honest about your scoring is key to a great shop and one that’s soon to go BANKRUPT!!! When people find out your a LIER well they just buy from amazon or some other sight!!!! Good for you.., Yes I know it’s an old post but it don’t matter when you see something that is great for the sport you have to comment what a great job that person did!!! I’m from the USA but if I was close I would buy from you.

I can't shoot thick arrows indoors. Tried Beman 2.3's for a while but psychologically just kept thinking I was going to robin hood and smash arrows. Much better with thinner arrows, Goldtip Ultralights now, scores much better. Archery is a mind game as well as physical.

Iva question. - On a few target compound bows i've seen (photos and video of) recently, there's what looks like a bumper or stop on the cable guard rod. Looks like it limits forward travel of the slider. Your gold bow seems to have a larger diameter of the guard rod toward the front in the same way. vs the red bow which seems to be one diameter continuously. What's that all about?

Does this fellow ever answer the questions posted by KZbinrs? I like his vids and he does appear to be quite honest in his reviews/appraisals but where are the answers to questions or does he just make new vids to address a particular inquiry?

Like the arrow info but i would like to know if the tolerance diffrens would show up on a longer target. If you take those .006 vs .001 on say 50-90 meters do you think the diffrens would show at those longer targets? Ofc using small diameter shaft for those instead of the thick..
@LuqmanHM7 жыл бұрын
You may need to cut the arrows a bit shorter..its okay to shoot stiffer arrows at 18m..maybe bcuz ur 150 grain points make ur arrows underspined..well u can try
@LuqmanHM7 жыл бұрын
or just go with 100 grain points

Just watched Vegas 2017 replay, Hansen shot 900 with 89 X's to qualify first, i.e. with only one arrow out of 90 not an X, EVERYONE but the lucky dog shot 900 to make the shoot off, Cousins was the lucky dog he shot 899 with 86 X's. That's just crazy, how do you compete with that?.

@@Marcus_from_OZ , I don't have a target bow , wish i could afford one just can't, but i do shoot my hunting bow , about 2 to 3 hrs everyday, could be y I can't afford a target bow. I have to replace my strings and cables quite often. I just like to shoot. When the weather is bad, I shoot down the hallway in my house . Usually at a q tip , I try to find the smallest thing I can see on my black target. But with that said, I shoot , just any chance I have . I just do it .

@@controversialhunter8032 I've been saving for a few months (on a pension) to buy a new bow, got a call from Miles at Archery Supplies this afternoon to say it was there. I've been shooting an old Hoyt that was left to me in a mate's will for about 4 months. The last time I had picked up a bow was in the 70's but I'm slowly improving, down the hallway as well as outside weather permitting, I doubt I'll live long enough to emulate the the young guys these days but I'm having fun, despite the old muscles and joints complaining.

It is hard work, but it's nothing without the challenge. People should expect to earn they're scores, not buy them off shelf. New archers shouldn't be discouraged when stuff isn't going as well as they'd like. It'll take training and once trained another taking your training and experience and translating that into your tune, do not stress about the tune (beyond at least making sure everything is leveled/straight) when you haven't gotten the feel of good form that you want to replicate yet, and you'll know when you get it, it clicks and just feels right... Like when you first learn to ride a bike.
