I thought it important to share the journey that I've started on regarding content creation as a guitarist who's faced with having to turn to online ways of being creative. We can't all be super professional KZbinrs over night with regular slick videos but...this is the start of my journey. I already had a few things as a musician but had to sell some touring things to get a minimum requirement for content creation and streaming. Was a real learning curve through the pandemic and I thank all those KZbinrs, Podcasters, Gamers and many others that gave me some knowledge to take the next steps. I hope this and future content is useful to others. It's quite a step from gigging live in famous bands to rediscovering my bedroom guitarist roots! So, here's to the beginning of my content creator journey.

All I can say, Aziz, is that in the new world coming, you & Ian are SOVEREIGN. I don’t care what they say. You’re kings. On a technical note, I had no idea how necessary it has become that you’re adept at all sorts. Not enough to be creative, artistic, able with the instruments….but half a PhD in home electronics, too. Thinking about it, that’s a pretty rare set of attributes in one human being, isn’t it? Did you begin with interest in music & rhythm and add tech stuff later, or did you enjoy early guitar effects & get much better at playing, later on? Maybe both in //

Looks like you're of to a good start! Acer is a solid dependable laptop. Can't go wrong with a Shure mic! I'd get a laptop stand so the laptop doesn't get too hot. 👍👍🎸

Lovely set up, would be interesting to see how things were done 'back in the day' too. Seasick steve did a groovy analogue (60's?) set up, showed how the sounds were found. Happy New Year buddy!

For sure. So I posted on the 4 track tape portastudio that the first Ian Brown solo album was done on. I will probably go into depth on those albums and early recordings. As of today I’m sharing a new chapter into how to use what’s available to get going.
