Hi, I'd really appreciate the link you mention at 1:07 . The dafault dock loading time is just too slow, but many guides and most apps just remove the animation altogether instead of improving the reaction time edit: nvm I managed to fix it easily just from the code you show at that time stamp and from a clutch sub-reddit from like 10 years ago xdd. It was easy even for someone like me, who knows nothing about coding and will start in Semptember a Master's Degree on that matter (can't wait)

Each and every app you mentioned is impressive, I mean no disrespect but the fact is, to get the most out of them, we need to go for a paid version, or else they are the same as the regular apps that Mac provides. Please make an alternative video(if possible) of some apps doing the same things but are free to use with the full features. I suggest Maccy as a free clipboard alternative of Ray Cast.
@ColeCaccamise2 ай бұрын
almost everything in Raycast is free, including clipboard history. You just only get 6 months of history with the free plan and unlimited with pro.

@peterkilian9100Ай бұрын
You don’t need this video. I have no idea how people get into this doom scrolling habit of watching bad youtube content on “setting up” or “becoming great” (at) programming. It makes no sense. You will never succeed without putting in the work. You don’t need an IDE, you don’t need a MacBook, you don’t need anything but a brain and hands to become a successful computer scientist or software engineer.

The only thing you really have to do to become a great dev is buying his 9$ gradient wallpaper.
@0xkleoАй бұрын
the purpose of his video is to keep your development environment clean and organized. So that you can continue where you left off. Think of it like cleaning your room, A lot of things are going to be removed and/or be put somewhere else, It's a bad habit of not cleaning ur room. so is your development environment. Where i think it's too much is aesthetics, just a little won't hurt tho
