You shouldn’t hammer pegs in with the guy rope on, peg first then put guy over to prevent damage to the guys and poles

What flooring/carpet are you using? is it waterproof?

Hi, yes it is waterproof & easy to clean etc. It is a Kampa / Dometic awning carpet . Similar to the Moroccan Camping Mats . So it’s made of a type of plastic . I’m using the 330 version ( 330cm wide ).

Incorrect setup as the middle pole should be higher than the outer two.

Any reason? I've done mine twj same height every time and had no issues. Rain still comes off it.

To be honest I mix & match how high each pole is depending on the pitch or weather conditions.
