yes, if youre buying a set (so you get 2 albums) you will get 6 regular pcs 2 random pcs! but if youre buying 1 singular album, it comes with 3 reg pcs and 1 random pc! (thats why you need to get 3 albums of any combination to get all 3 random photocards)
