This is Beautiful!. I haven’t put up our village since we moved to a new house 5years ago. My family has requested it back for 2021, so I’m looking for inspiration, it will be my 2021 project and if I don’t start planning now, time will pass and I won’t have done anything. Thanks for posting.

Good morning, yes I know Christmas is all over with but it's never enough. LOL I have spent a lot of time looking at everyone's different Christmas Village setups. Only with you you describe everything that you do to make it a beautiful Christmas Village. I only set up Dollar Tree and Dollar Store tiny little houses very small little village it's not as Extreme as yours. But I think of it as Christmas therapy. LOL I still enjoy even after the holidays are over visiting all of these channels. And I came across yours and I've learned a lot how to do this. So that'll give me something to work on during the summer preparing for next Christmas. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and your vision. God bless you.⛄🦌🎄💚

@cdliteistubing5 жыл бұрын
Oh my gosh! This is amazing!. I've been putting up Christmas villages for a few years now; using the styrofoam from packages is an awesome free resource for adding different levels to them. Like you I also use the boxes the buildings came in. I also stack books. Never thought to use coolers though; I also don't have the space you have, but that is a great tip. Love how you hide all the cords within your village. I also like how you take the bottoms off the tress and press them into the foam. I am definitely going to try adding a couple of your tips to this years scene. Thank you so much for sharing. Btw. Would love to see how you clean up all that loose snow. Lol. I was going to use some for the first time last year, but after seeing how clingy it was and thinking about the mess it was going to make I decided to forgo it. Maybe I will reconsider it again this year. Thanks again. Love, love, love your village.

Amazing! I'm going to try using the insulation foam (thank you for the detailed description in the comments). I've used foam board from craft stores but it not nearly thick enough. What are you using to secure the wires to the foam board? They look like staples only bigger and sturdier. How did you attach the garland and table skirts? Do you have your plan ready for 2019 and will you be doing another video? Many thanks in advance!!!

Very nice! I’m a terrain maker and do my own villages as well. I hate the fake snow from Scenic and think next year I shall use your method! Check out the Hasty Terrain Maker for my village this year. Simple as I’m still building in the larger scale.
@TitosVlogWorld6 жыл бұрын
Thanks. My favorite of the artificial snow is the fine "Snow Flurries." Looks like natural fallen snow.
@emilypoole56866 жыл бұрын
To Hasty Terrine Maker: Sorry, but I think it is rude to try pushing your site from this fun and informative site...Just my opinion. The only thing you had to say was NICE and then go into your sells pitch....sorry. Would not watch if you paid me. To Tito, loved your village and hopefully one day I can put my 25-year collection together finally that I add to yearly. WOrking at Lowes get me started long ago but never got the nack of setting one up. Loved your lesson. Many thanks and Merry Christmas!

Sorry if you felt like it was a "sells pitch", just wanted to let him know I also do villages and check mine out... I check out others, why not ask them to check yours out as well? I think he does excellent work and stated so, wow don't get so defensive over nothing.

@TitosVlogWorld4 жыл бұрын
Thanks. The roads were made using Hot Wheels road-stickers, which comes in a roll; just cut, trim, and place. As for the ski slopes, it's made just using foam-boards. plastic bins and snow blankets.

One more question: Where do you get your foam for the flat base? I’ve used the light blue insulation sheets (about 2-3” thick) before, but then I have to camouflage the color of every inch of it 😖. Thanks again, Teresa

It's Insulation Foam (4 ft. x 3/4" thick) from Home Depot and/or Loews. They come in a pack of 6 sheets. Gracias.

I've been buying pieces for years, some are from stores that are no longer around. Homes, Figurines and Accessories all comes from the following places... Michaels, Caldors, Bradlees, Zayre, Ames, Walmart, Christmas Tree Shopes, Big Lots, Target, Lowes, Home Depot, and Gifts from Friends & Family. Currently I get my items from eHobbyTools online. Hopes this helps.
