This phone has 2GB RAM and 16GB on board space. It also accepts micro SD cards up to 512GB so you can expand the memory by telling your camera to save photos and videos taken to the micro SD card, or in the manage files app you can move documents, photos, and other files to the external memory to save more space. A lot of the newer USB C Android phones don't have this feature any more.

Most Android devices have OTG support. You need an OTG adapter. The Cloud Stratus C5 has a micro USB connector. When you plug in the OTG cable, pull down the notification tab by swiping down from the top of screen. Click on USB connection. You might have to enter on the device that you want it to switch from charging to transferring data to another device.

Mines messed up 2 weeks later..My volume and all the settings would switch back to the opposite to what ever I set it to as I'm looking at it over n over so I bought a unlocked phone and used the sim.

I had cricket, and I got this phone free, the porting my original number took about a week, cause they'll send you a new sim card for that. The difficulty about porting my # was from cricket. This phone is just as good as cricket service. No issues what so ever.

That's good to know that Cricket uses this phone. It is a dual SIM card phone so you could qualify for 2 different Lifeline service SIM cards and insert it in this phone. Then you can have one number for family and friends and another number that goes to voicemail

@@Enochulate88 she is talking about the new USB C port. This phone uses a micro USB port. It just means that the new USB C port can connect to computers that have a USB C port. If you have a new computer that does not support the micro USB, it just means you need a micro USB to USB C adapter to connect to it. No biggie. You can get those anywhere. USB C ports also allow the cellphone to charge faster with a faster charger. Just remember that if you always charge your phone with a faster charger that the battery on the phone will not last as long as if you charged it at a slower pace. Why? because faster chargers heat up the battery causing it to expand over time. When it expands it wears out the battery over time. Sales people will tell you that the transfer speed is faster on a USB C device then a micro USB device, which is true, but in reality only by a few tens of seconds, which doesn't really matter to most people

5G is not supported in every area. Even if you have 5G service, an area that is not supported will use 4G or 4GLTE or 3G or 2G service. The Wireless Carrier just doesn't call it 2G, 3G, or 4G/LTE service anymore.. They have different names for it now. Basically, you are paying for 5G service but using less than 5G service in areas that doesn't support full blown 5G connections.

Well If you didn't really need the phone, then why did you take it? I'm pretty sure there's other elderly or homeless people that could've used them. And I know you said, well give it to your child. Kid's are hard on phones, and also careless with them so odds are they'll ending up losing them or damaging them. Just because a lot of electronics are free from the government doesn't mean you have to take it. And put a battery in that smoke alarm!!!!

​@@HelenSharita Ah, Qlink Wireless has 4GLTE/5G service. Some people have complained they have issues when canceling Qlink service. Also Qlink only supplies a SIM card for service and not a free phone. You have to supply the phone yourself. Qlink piggy backs off of T-Mobile's network

What company did you use? U normally signup with the street team in your area. If u signup online it takes 3-5 days. Here are some companies I’ve used before. Qlink Wireless, Tru Connect, and Excess Telecom ( excess even have tablets)
