What do I need to set up two sources, and 9 displays in the same room. the sources will be in opposite side of the room, and will need to display their feed when presenting evidence.

if it's just 2 sources, you might be able to get away with a distribution amplifier. some of them have dual hdmi inputs. but since you need 9 displays, you will either need a jumbo distribution amplifier or a regular distribution amplifier and possibly daisy chain to a second distribution amplifier. you will likely also need a switcher to accept multiple inputs (and don't forget that you may need to support vga). you will also need to consider how long your cables will need to be. hdmi gets complicated after 30' of cable (which does not necessarily cover 30' of distance).
