Setting Up Our "New" Band Saw Mill - First Test Cut - Episode 1

This is our new-to-us Western Sawyer Bandsaw Mill.
In this episode we clear the area the sawmill will go,
Then we set up the foundation the mill will sit on,
Finally we make the first test cut after setting up the mill.
It is difficult to find information about this mill,
but we believe this company, Western Sawyer Sawmills, was based in Washington State and is no longer in business.
This mill uses 19 inch wheels, and a 150 inch bandsaw blade.
It can cut up to 24" width.
With the track we have it can cut 25 feet of board or beam.
