I have only options global accounts, regions, services and notifications, i don't have entitlements please help

i fail to sign in to the cloud foundry because the cloud foundry organisation dropdown is empty, but when i check my subaccount, the organisation is already created

solved it, the default API Endpoint is wrong, should include -001 after us10
