As far as I know, you are only allowed a single camera in Essentials. Premium does allow for additional cameras though I don't really know what the benefit would be on that. As far as making the individual shots or animating the shots, you need to add a peg to the camera layer and then you keyframe the camera using that peg. I find using the top view helpful when animating the camera.
