Definitely a nice set up. Cuts travel time tremendously when you have what you need. Congrats on the truck. I'm working on one very similar.

I love what you've been doing with this old gal. Definitely my favorite truck to watch on KZbin! I've got (2) 7.5 ft side boxes on my super duty I picked up for $200 out of a garage. Each box has 2 doors. The driver side has shelves but the passenger doesn't. It works out pretty good for what I do, I also took the passenger seat out of the truck and put in a 3 drawer Milwaukee pack out box for my other stuff. I carry way more than I should but I've always been paranoid about not having something when I need it. Keep on trucking dude🚛🚛!!

I found some underbody boxes with drawers that I’d love to have but they are expensive. Thanks for watching

It’s nice to have the setup right there on the truck. You will use it a lot. Harbor Freight has decent quality tools for an excellent price you chose good there. Every time I see your international truck I envy you. It’s a beautiful truck. Great video Ben. Thanks

The Dodge service truck is nice, I would have loved to have something like that back about 20 years ago. I did see a Ford service truck at a body repair shop for sale, don't know much about it, again if I was 20 years younger it would be a no brainer. It's just about a real necessity to have a truck set up with the tools, like your doing for haying, wood clearing etc.... Good job, nice video and enjoyed watching. I hope you have a good Friday and weekend ahead.

I remember the old dodge.. I agree you can definitely cram a lot into those boxes. I always say I loose stuff in my boxes because it always gets buried then I have to dig everything out just to find something. I like how you got that one fixed it should work good

I like it when people plan for future use, my saying is I would rather have and not need it, than to need it and not have it. It looks like you have your box stocked well

I know some people knock on Harbor Freight tools, but they have what you need to get the job done without breaking the bank. Why spend a fortune on a tool unless you are having to use it everyday to make a living. I have bought quite a few tools from there and never had an issue with them doing what they were designed to do. Added bonus are the free buckets for being a member! From southern VA in Henry County, keep the videos coming Ben!

Harbor Freight has got some decent stuff these days. I’ve got one of their tool carts, and compared to others in its price range, it’s a solid box. If I’m needing something tool wise that I’m not going to use a lot, I’ll usually go to HF and get it because I can get what I need for pretty reasonable prices. If I was doing what you did, I’d definitely go the route you went for sure. Kinda miss the Sears days of carrying Craftsman and having the “Craftsman Club”, a feller could come out pretty good back then 😂

Harbor freight has some nice tools. I have two of their pitsburg deep impact socket sets m/sae , 3/8 & 1/2in tq wrenchs. They have some nice ratchets too that I wouldn't mind having. I have some other stuff to just can't remember it all.

Looks good ben...Don't forget the Channel Locks and Hacksaw....also a small hatchet/axe! Never underestimate one with about a 3ft handle...doubles as decent sledge hammer when, well,....you just need a bigger hammer. And makes quick work of limbs hanging around the edge of a field, and no gas and oil required lol. Also i have found it very handy to have some pieces of wire, 1 ft to 3 ft long hanging around a tool box. May I also suggest Blade Fuses to fit the tractor, truck and Baler Box...also a small roll of electric 12v wire and black tape can save the day. Also Just a neat storage trick i seen one time, Magnets, I know your boxes are Aluminum, But you can mount magnets to the tool and they stick to the box you built inside.... and mount some of the socket strip magnets to the top inside to hold the sockes or whatever, mite give you some more space, also they make small earth magnets and HF sells them too in cheap packages of 10 or so and they are strong and keep things where you put them.. and Pinch Fingers LOL

Hi, nice Tool-Box. Better cheap Tools as no tools handy. It´s expensive enough. You do it right! In my opinion you need small "MacGiver-Equipment" as Wire, a bunch of Hardware (Nut`s and Bolts), Zipties aso. The toolholders are great for organization and you see allready if any missing... Is any charging-port in the Box? This will help a lot. I´m enjoy this Video too - many thank´s!

You gave me a few ideas of what else I need to carry! Thank you

@@khtractors I do my best to help - your Setup is really good. In my Opinion you should change the Tools for the best tools that you have: in need of a quick repair i almost struggle with the "not so good Tools"; scratch or pinch my hands as the cheaper wrenches slipped in tight area`s - that`s the reason why i take (if i can) the best sort of tools with me. I think about this and other parts that your better help the last five day`s... Best Regards form Germany, Alfred

Sounds to me like you need to add an international service truck to the fleet with a crane on it 🤔
@khtractors4 ай бұрын
I saw one nearby, didn’t have a crane but a service bed for a good price. It was very tempting. I think it had a DT360 engine. Thanks for watching
@kylelloyd96974 ай бұрын
@khtractors the DT360 is a very good engine too! Those are commonly swapped into ford superduties
