Setting Up The WW2 USMC 782 Pack With Combat Suspenders

This video will show you how to properly set up the WW2 USMC combat suspenders with the Haversack+Knapsack.
This method was used by the Marine Corps for any situation but many battle hardened vets did not always use this system for combat as it was easier to have the pack and suspenders as two separate pieces for ease of use.

Good video. Although you should mention that it's essential to ensure the two cartridge belt hooks be on either side of the pack strap. After referencing Glenn's '782 Gear' (page 51) I realized this bit of information. It is impossible to mount the pack on the cartridge belt without twisting the pack straps if both ends of the belt hooks are on one side of the pack strap.

I have this same pack but don’t know how to attach the suspenders to the pack without the p41 suspenders. My at the front 782 haversack had hooks to attach. This wwiiimpressions one only had rings

if i have the m1936 suspenders it will works same or the backpack can only fit in this way with the 1941 suspenders?

They are both completely different types of combat suspenders.
