Hello! While I’m setting up this lock with HomeKit, it asks for a HomeKit setup code, where would I find this in the packaging?

HI. I have the Yale Smartlock (z-wave YRD256-ZW2-619). Samsung Smartthings hub, Amazon Echo Alexa. iPhone 7. QUESTION: When I have a party, How do I quickly turn auto re-lock on/off from an app instead of using the touchscreen? Touch the keypad with the palm of your hand, then enter the master code followed by the ‘#’ Select the ‘9’ button followed by the ‘#’ Press ‘1’ for auto re-lock on, or ‘3’ for auto re-lock off Press ‘#’ to complete.

Can you set personalized labeled codes and also see when those codes were used to unlock the door?

You can label the codes, and you can see logs for the labeled codes... I don’t see a way to see logs for the master code. Sadly I trained everyone to use the master code 😆

Do you need to buy the Yale Assure Lock Wifi Deadbolt Adaptor Kit? So it can work properly?

I have the same question. Bought the Yale Assure 2 and still haven’t gotten it to work consistently even with an Apple TV

Do I need the connect bridge for homekit or just the module that goes in the lock.

Think step one to have a locked door, is not to put small glass windows next to a lock you can open from the inside.

I literaly have to keep changing the code for some reason it just keeps not working after it works the first time

I can’t get mine to pair with the iPhone at all. Just not there.

Did you install the orange looking HomeKit module? Or was your module a different color?

@@OurAppleHome yes the orange one. The box says it works with Homekit.

Anyone solve this? Mine is doing the same, doesn’t appear after installing the orange module. - but it did for a little while? This lock is a waste of money, so unreliable.
