I’m so happy for you Kate!! I agree on having the shelving unit not as wide. You may have more empty space on the right side but I don’t think it will go to waste. It allows you to have space for a big mirror and it won’t feel too crowded but a good balance of airy-ness and coziness. Either way, go with your gut. Have you thought of going with the shelves / cupboard right up the ceiling in your dressing room and keeping there not so usable stuff just for extra storage? You will not waste space and you will gain extra storage 😊 And then if needed using a cute ladder to reach stuff

Loved how you closed the video 💕 I bought my first house at 22 (when the US economy was it its worst). I recently sold it and got a new build, but was only able to do so because of the equity. There is no way I could buy a new build in California by myself in this economy! Congrats again, can’t wait to see more home content 💕
