I have the same headphones issue! 😂 I refuse to wear in-ear headphones so I just have to wear coats with really big pockets to fit my headphones in on a night out.

Loving your channel! I’m moving to London in June so this is inspiring as I also want to start a channel. :) Along with magnesium, I find taking L-Theanine before a coffee helps distribute the caffeine more slowly so you don’t get the crazy jitters! It’s naturally found in tea which is why it doesn’t cause the caffeine jolt like coffee.

Consider bone conduction earphones! They are small, don't actually have to go in your ears, and you can still hear what is going on around you to an extent on the train or street (for safety) :)
