Lovely seeing you now in your home with hubby. You seem to be doing great so far and you're glowing! The food looks yummy, however, I would lovingly suggest you consider reducing the amount of carbohydrates you have in one meal to avoid Type 2 Diabetes eg 4 slices of toast + pasta is too much! Either have the pasta or the bread. if you're having chapattis then only have chqpattis not with potatoes in one meal. Have your bread with a protein like cheese, eggs, beans or fish not on its own because it just turns to sugar.... it's not giving you much. Just saying as your fellow sister. May the Lord bless your marriage and give you both the wisdom and grace to be a blessing to each other in Jesus name. ❤

Judy you are already glowing baby girl, wow toast I don't like bread but toast i can force myself to eat. Me eating pasta and bread next day i will be extremely bloated. The weight i will add there. 4a.m brighter wow and 10p.m that's when it darkness this is so new. You can take African out of Africa but you cannot take Africa out of her see my girl's backyard garden.
