Great to see all of you back 'home' on The Riviera. A few years ago we had an extended holiday looking after friends pets at their home in Bel Horizon, Mandelieu- La Napoule. I don't know if you've ever considered the area but it's heaven on earth [I actually cried when we had to came back to the UK] and a very safe place. It's a decent sized very old world French town vibe but lots going on for the kids as they get older. Great shopping/schools/collages/a real castle/sandy beaches/marina/train station all over France and Italy, mountains sea and forests. A real family orientated place a stones throw from Cannes without the the crazy prices or hoards of tourists. Lot's of celebs secretly live there. Maybe if you get time check it out, although I suppose you already know it.

Good afternoon, I watched your vlog early. Then I had to oversee some young boys who were earning money towards their back-to-school equipment. So they did some weeding for us. That was a God sent! There are elms that seed in the spring and land in between the roses. They are horrible sneaky things. I was absolutely delighted to have those young boys knocked on the door and ask for garden tasks .As a result ,I missed the Blue Jays game but they won over the Chicago Cubs 11 to 4. They were very young boys 11 & 12. I was impressed that they wanted to earn money to secure the cool backpacks they wanted. I did enjoy watching your message today. It's tough to find that perfect property. But that's what I want to happen for you all. The B&B is sweet & efficient but finding a spot where you can apply all of your talents is ideal. I am sending prayers about that!❤❤❤❤. It's wise that you not disturb the puppies twice. Hope you have lots of fun on your last blast before school! I'm sure you all miss one another so much! Keep your chins up.!

Lovely to see Nancy and her ideas about skin care. That's why all the ladies in France have lovely skin! Not like when I was a teenager and you were encouraged to dry your skin up if you had a few spots. Now it's all different, you are encouraged to use oil based products. Great B & B Fern. That house view was horrible; even before you said anything I thought that I couldn't see you there. I thought that the sellers hadn't even picked up before a viewing and the curtain over the shutters was there for a reason. Those needed to be replaced.. Was so glad that you voiced the same opinion. Don't worry you'll get there in the end. Keep the faith you'll know it when you see it. Plus there was no light and the bedroom right of the main room wasn't ideal. Just adore you and your family. Love you guy's!

I have been doing M taking me on the house hunt!!T oil and I usually put it in as I only have a few sips left of my coffee. I have been doing it for a year and at 71 I feel great. One of my favorite neuroscientists recommended it. I also do Intermittent fasting. I wish I had known this all at your age Fern. Love to all and thanks for taking us on the house hunt. Your mom should follow your lead.

Hi Fern! I too have one of those nifty coffee whisks and I just love it! I use it to make my keto bulletproof coffee with MCT and Ghee, a touch of heavy cream and cinnamon or vanilla, yum! And super healthy! Tip, when whisking tilt the cup a bit and don't put the whisk all the way to the bottom & it won't overflow! :) I agree with you on the house, definite thumbs down! I guess I keep comparing them all to your old house, which I loved!! Hang in there, the right one will come along! Have a great week!
