Lydia , You , your persnality and the life you have made for yourself is so inspirational that every single video I come across pierces within creating zeal of enthusiasm. Only seeing you makes me realise an independent living at this tender age fullfilling dreams can come true. Thank you lydia. Me and my little sister are your fans (UNTIL ETERNITY) following your journey since GCSE.

Hey, I remember you talking about gut health and joint issues years ago because I have coeliac disease and arthritis. Arthritis in particular sometimes doesn’t come up on tests, which happened to me, but the medication has really helped. Also with cutting out food sometimes you don’t see a big difference quickly because it takes time to heal. So definitely keep fighting to find the cause, you don’t realise how much better you can feel until you get the right treatment sometimes.

How do you manage IBS and travelling? I’m thinking of cancelling my planned travelling this Summer because of the worry of it

Hi Lydia, I hope you see this. I’m also on a gut health journey and would love to hear more about your journey if you’re comfortable to share. I have had all the tests you mentioned which came back with nothing. I then got Aviva private medical insurance which I get I’m fortunate to be able to do. This meant a Colonoscopy came to £300 not £2000 and that gave me answers. My surgery were palming me off on mental health issues and I’m so glad I stuck to my gut instinct. I’m now trialling one lot of meds and learning about my food & life triggers. I’m based in the UK, but just wanted to comment to help you or anyone else. Also, would you be prepared to post some food recipes you use regularly? Trying anything at the moment, it would be super helpful. Have a nice day!

Consider looking into Elhers Dances Syndrome, I went through years of gut problems before having to go private to get this diagnosis. It is very under diagnosed by doctors but it is worth researching it yourself and speaking to a professional!

If you consider it accompanying modern medicine why not take the tablets?
@e4mi7 ай бұрын
She mentioned wanting to find to root of the problem and treating That. Which I totally understand. I have endometriosis and its better to treat the endo than play Wack-a-mole with all the side effect problems
@kristinesharp62867 ай бұрын
@@e4mi accompanying means also. Never said she should not get to the root, never said not to go alternative. She said she was not opposed to modern medicine, alternative is to accompany. Accompany implies using both. Why suffer symptoms? You don’t have go suffer symptoms in order to get to the root of the problem.

If you get your wisdom tooth removed, you might lose a lot of wisdom from your brain. So, think twice before you go to a dentist.
