I was under impression that Genymotion does not require a Hyber V CPU. But fact is it is just an alternative of Android Emulator and should be used when you thing Android Studio Emulator is too heavy on your computer.

You need to enable virtualization from bios. Check the requirements on genymotion website, make sure your pc has minimum requirements.

Yes, I did input "flutter run -d deviceid" and "flutter run -d 'device name'" correctly. The app is showing and running well on the target device, but unable to debug and hot reload. If I close one of the emulator, it runs perfectly, but I want to keep both of them open. Thanks for the video anyway.

Sir I got the solution ! I added SDK path to environment variables then using this command for android license acceptance "Flutter Doctor --android-licenses" I closed the gennymotion and opened that again. On terminal I checked for Flutter doctor and it started working fine.
