Setup Arduino on MS Windows for WordClock

Hello, i get the following error when compiling: fatal error: sdkconfig.h: No such file or directory. Does anyone have an idea?

Please delete local Arduino libraries and download exact the named ones. Check that you selected the named ESP32 board.
