Thank you for this! But I am struggling with something here... I am trying to prevent it from syncing every new email it detects with every single record that the contact is associated with. If I have 3 different opportunities going for a single contact, I don't want all 3 email threads ending up on all 3 opportunities. Is there a way to configure EAC so that emails ONLY associate with the record that the email was sent from - or if an email comes in without any context it can just sit on the Contact record's activity timeline (and, again, not be on any related records like the Opportunities). I have followed countless tutorials and have been skimming through any SF help article that mentions EAC. I'm not seeing anything about turning off this overly-aggressive association, but (even more frustratingly) I can't even find anything that tells me that I can't do this. Would greatly appreciate any insight!

I dont think you can connect outlook anymore with salesforce
