Yeah, I've been trying to figure my way around this as well. I just want to see either flow through the tour or at least which rooms/hotspots are most popular. Haven't figured out how to get a nice report that I can share with a customer yet but hoping one of us does!

How does google analytics work with linked tours? ... Say if I have 3 tours connected with the first being embedded on a page. Would I set up google analytics with the tour link or the page they are embedded on? Sorry if this is a silly question but I am new to this feature.

I'm not that experienced in google analytics. Probably best to create a new property for each virtual tour, getting a new GA code to insert in 3DVista per tour.

Thanks for the tutorial! Why do you delete the whole tour instead of overwriting newer (100x faster)?

It has been my experience with overwriting on uploads that it does not completely overwrite and sometimes new changes don't show. I started deleting the whole thing out of frustration myself. Same happens if you don't clear the cache before publishing.

Overwriting newer works most of the times when you're still in developing process. But what @BUGWHISPERER says is something to be mindful of indeed. So when delivering the final tour to the client, make sure doing this clean by deleting everything first.

​@@360Creators We always update unless there are obvious bugs. For final delivery, it is a .zip file to the client anyway. Rebuilding is for sure done prior to that.

Do you think this method could be used for e-learning tours to capture and present individual users scene specific answers (like did the user answer a, b or C on question X) as I can’t figure out if that kind of detailed data can be presented with 3D vistas own LMS integration. go and check moodle.com is an LMS platform where you can import the 360 e learning tour there (tapping on SCORM when exporting window) and you can see the data of the quizz and overall score. Search about SCORM - LMS - 3D Vista and you will find! im actually making test about it!

@@ferchoiturrioz thanks Fermin! The thing is I need very specific user data - what user “x” has answered on question “y” to be presented in the LMS, not just overall percentage score. For example I need to know if a crane lift worker knows the right answers to a crane lift related question in a construction site quiz. Can this be done in moodle?

I get this question quite a lot, and this is still very difficult to answer. There are ways, but they take a lot of time to understand.

Hi, I published my tour and uploaded it to a AWS s3 bucket. but it gave me this error when adding the stream url 'Data collection isn't active for your website. If you installed tags more than 48 hours ago, make sure they are set up correctly.' Can I get some help please

Thanks for the video, however I've run into difficulties and am wondering about others' experience with GA4? I'm receiving the click event but no further drill down w.r.t. labels. I've tried creating a custom dimension on one tour and a custom metric on another, but unfortunately neither seems to work.

Hi Ronald! Excellent video dude, I did it and it worked! But my query is: How do I know which accesses are most used, that is, which panoramas the user visited or which hotspots the user clicks, takes it from the name of the hotspot or do I have to assign a label with the name of that action? And in what part of the Analytics panel would you see that information? Thanks again!!!

Usually it's the first panorama of the tour that has the most visits haha. It's not the names of actions, but the names of panoramas (and other media) as well as the names of hotspots that matter.

Sure UA codes still work. Just need to get to GA3 instead of GA4.
