Thanks Yochor! In my opinion, it's down how custom you need the email alert to be, if you can live with the templated/default Azure alert, then Alerts & metrics are sufficient :)

What level would set for success pipline?

if you mean severity level Alpa, this shouldn't be needed (no alert for successful pipeline). The sev level is only for failed pipeline.
